NZME Office Building

BPL Group designed this building which was first used as an office for Harcourts, it is now the NZME Office.

This building is approximately 250m² in ground floor area and 180m² in first floor area.

The main design feature of this building was the rounded glazed wall towards the street intersection and the sloping glazed structure above. A specially designed steel frame and connections were used to support this without imposing on the aesthetics of the building.
